I don’t feel like superwoman yet- my naturopath said it would take a day or so to feel the effects, and I think that any immediate positive effects are being cancelled out by the vicious colds Adam and I have both contracted.
Rivers of snot and throats full of razor blades. Today will be filled with tea and soup and Neti pots.
